We welcome CV's from candidates with extensive Luxury resort experience. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business, we only accept CV's from candidates with sufficient Luxury Island & Resort work history.

We accept CV's from the following only;

  • Corporate Office employees (CEO, COO, CCO, Group Directors & VP's S&M/OPS)
  • General Manager's
  • Resort/Resident/Retreat Manager (Number 2's)
  • EAM's (F&B & Rooms focused)
  • F&B Managers/Directors
  • Front Office Managers
  • Chief Engineers

CV Advice

Some brief advice on CV preparation is given below. More extensive advice, should you need it, is readily available in books and on the internet.

Preparing a CV

Please ensure your Resume is in Word Format

  • It should be informative, simple and straight to the point (It should certainly NOT Include Images, Logo's nor be multi coloured)
  • Please ensure all font text is in Ariel or Calibri (Black)
  • Focus on the key points & Achievements - leave full detail for the interview
  • Keep it short; a CV should be not more than two to Three pages if possible
  • Ensure the information in the CV is relevant to the Job you're applying for
  • Ensure you include a brief profile about you & your key strengths in 2 – 3 attention grabbing Sentences (This should include your objective)
  • List your latest job first
  • Use positive language in preparing your CV and highlight your most relevant achievements
  • Be honest
  • Ensure you provide essential contact details, such as address, phone numbers (work, home, mobile) and e-mail address.
